What is UNYA Leuven

UNYA Leuven is a local branch of UNYA Flanders, the youth wing of the United Nations Association Flanders Belgium (in dutch: Vereniging voor de Verenigde Naties, VVN). Through VVN and UNYA Flanders, UNYA Leuven organizes activities for and by students on UN themes, international cooperation, and the foreign policy of Belgium and Flanders.

Our goal

UNYA Leuven connects students who want to roll up their sleeves and get involved. Because insights alone are not enough, we organize workshops where you work with various stakeholders on solutions and new skills. We don't just talk about the SDGs, we actively try to contribute to their realization.
